What is your primary product or service?
Accounting, Tax Preparation, Bookkeeping, Payroll Specialist, Income Tax, Quickbooks Pro Advisor.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Have been in the accounting field for 31 years. I have a Technical Certificate and an Associates Degree in Accounting. Working with Quickbooks for over 20 years. A Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor (Taken an annual test) since 2003
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My business is especially geared for the smaller business. I have a very low overhead so I can afford rates that others may not. Since I am a small business, I am not in a hurry to rush customers in and out of the door. I make time to talk to them and get to know their needs.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have my main location in Indianapolis. My Daughter has an offshoot in Greenfield and I have considered in the next couple of years of opening a winter branch in Florida.

What type of payments do you accept?
Any but AMEX. Prefer check, cash or e-check. There is a $3.00 fee for credit cards to offset the expense.

Indianapolis and the surrounding areas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Carole Duke.
What are your hours of operation?
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mon-Fri. 9:00AM - 12:00 PM on Saturday. Closed on Sunday's.
