I spent 18 months recruiting for a large company and decided that I can bring a unique service to the candidate and clients I represent.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our company, inD Staffing Solutions, is unique to the staffing industry. We take a different approach by:. 1) Interacting with you on a professional and confidential manner 2) Spending quality time determining your career objectives 3) Confidentially, yet aggressively, market your skill set to clients in the industry 4) Handling the difficult salary negotiations to ensure you are represented in an equitable manner 5) Using our nationwide network of recruiters to ensure all opportunities in the market are explored
